When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team to initiate a return or exchange.
How do I know which products are right for my skin type?
We recommend following our CSA philosophy (Vitamin C and Sunscreen by day, Vitamin A by night). You can also use our online 'Regimen Finder' tool or consult with our skincare experts via live chat for personalized recommendations.
Are Medik8 products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Medik8 is a 100% cruelty-free brand. The vast majority of our products are also vegan-friendly, with the exception of a few items containing ingredients like beeswax or lanolin.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
